...This.

I remembered, last night, while working on my logo project, that I had this particular Mucha print. It was done as a calendar for a magazine - mine has all the lettering on it (I suspect it's actually a page from a book. XD) It's pretty famous. I bought it last year at the book shop downtown- the cool one that I need to go to again. XD I've always loved this image.
I first saw it here:( On a tin... )
Anyway, this is relevant how? Well, I thought of a logo with a lady (like this one) blowing air out- you know, with one hand out? Like blowing a kiss, sorta- gah. I can't describe it. Like blowing fairy dust all over someone. XD Anyway, she'd be forming the letters of my name with the air, yeah? I immediately realized "Oh, that face is like that print..." but then I thought of the association- wind. I tend to associate my goddess with wind. And, picture her in a sort of art-nouveau-y way. I figured that's just because that's the way a lot of goddesses are portrayed. XD Or images of them I've liked... I think I even drew a little sketch like that, trying to, anyway, first day of art history last year.
I don't know. It's kind of just... odd. A coincidence? Who knows.
But I set up the print on my small bookshelf next to my bed, with the bamboo, and the little buddha Amy got me... XD
I like looking at it, anyway.
Hmmm. XD
