Random Ramblings

I'm over at Erin's house. She's showing me adorable pictures of Phoenix Wright fanart (adorable Phoenix/Edgeworth, that is :P) and we hear this maniacal laughing from outside. Really loudly. As in, "What the fuck...???" laughter. She was really tickled about something. We couldn't see her at all, and didn't know where it was coming from. We were just like "Ok..." and went about our business.
Then, there's a loud sound. Very loud. A popping sort of sound. My first thought was "Gunshot......???!!!!!!"
We just kinda looked at each other.
Then I thought "Ok, maybe it wasn't that- maybe it was a skate..boarder... or something."
*POW*
"There it is again! See, that... is like a skateboar-"
*POW*
"uh..."
*POW*

I stopped counting at one point, but there were probably around five or six of them. One at first, then a pause, then several others afterward.
Erin says "Did somebody shoot the laughing lady..??!"
"No... I still heard her laughing..."
Well, up until the last shot, actually. XD But she was still laughing just as she had been... Not like... anything was different... D:
There were people walking down the street though, like nothing was going on. It's... odd.

As I'm typing this, there's sirens going off, and I saw ambulances coming down the highway - but they could've just been headed for MCV. Thought I heard something go fast down the street, not sure though...

Goddammit Richmond.
On the one hand, I'm more afraid for my life than before. On the other, I have this sort of Lotta-Hart-ish feeling, like "Wow! I know something! I could be a witness!!" XD Oh man, that's horrible.

We just watched Pulp Fiction tonight too. XD

Wouldn't this be shitty and great and ironic, all at the same time, if this is the first real gunshots I ever heard??? XD Actually, I lied. I've heard them at Jamestown (a musket~), and at my grandpa's funeral (rifles) but.. never a handgun. So I cannot authoritatively say. However, the sound was similar to firecrackers, but more forceful than that... I think.. I don't know. D: ARRGH.
Goddammit Richmond.

But I don't see any flashing lights or nothin', so I'm hoping everything's all clear.

I've heard more sirens, and screeching cars, and etc. etc. I'm going to stop caring now. D:

This is stuff I've been meaning to post for weeks. Thought I might as well just make one giant post. XD Read it at your leisure, it's not "OMG IMPORTANT" or anything. Just some really cool shit, in my opinion. And some random thoughts.
